Hi:) I love your YouTube vids and you do a fantastic job! I wanted to known if you could suggest what to do with this denim vest I thrifted. It's pretty awkward cause it doesn't have a collar. Should I buy an old sweatshirt and sew on arms and a hood? Or leave it as a lost cause? Heh. Anyways thanks!
I know what you mean! I’d first try seeing how it looks just over a black sweatshirt, then alone with a dress, try different styles. If you still aren’t feeling it, you can cut it up and maybe use the fabric as turban material if its thin enough. Or you can donate it back! <3
I've been keeping up with your weight loss vlog, and I just want to say congratulations! Being really into fashion like you are, I imagine you see a lot of very thin models. Does it ever get hard to stay healthy and not want to be underweight/super thin? This isn't meant to be offensive or in any way suggest you need to lose weight, you look great. :)
thanks! I think there will always be pressure to be thin in fashion… even with all these campaigns telling you its okay to be bigger, and that the magazines aren’t real. But my goal the whole time wasn’t to be model skinny, and thats the most important thing. I have never wanted to be bony and underweight. That mentality kept me sane and doing it the healthy way. For other people its a different story.
hi! I just came across one of your videos and I absolutely loved it! You're thoughts on hipsters are so true! No matter what you do, you are conforming to some grain or group, even being a hipster is conforming to the hipster mentality. Basically you can't be a hipster if everyone else is doing it too! Anyway back to the point I love you videos! Keep on keeping on girl! - Jena
Thank you! I’m glad people like you understand where I was going with it :D
